MSA British Cadet Championship, ABkC Super 4 Championship, KF3 National Championship, Rotax Mini-Max National Championship, Junior Rotax National Championship

Formula Kart Stars prides itself in being the premier training grounds for aspiring single seater and sports car drivers.

The Championship was established back in 1996 when McLaren boss Ron Dennis, Mercedes boss Norbert Haug and karting legend Martin Hines got together to create a junior karting championship which would provide a path for young drivers who wished to pursue a career in motorsport.

Between 2003 and 2008, backing from the BRDC saw the Championship renamed the BRDC Stars of Tomorrow.

Today FKS is supported by Formula One Management and is committed to the road to Formula 1 through racing and education.

Many of our ex-drivers continue to support the Championship by way of prizes or endorsement.

Our links with teams and formula 1 is formidable and with help from the we are able to offer help and guidance to our drivers long after they have left the Championship.

Championship โ€œOld Boyโ€ Lewis Hamilton is Patron of the series and we are endorsed and supported by the MSA (the Motor Sport Association) and the MIA (the Motorsport Industry Association).

FKS is very proud of their record and firmly believe that their Championship provides a sensible route for all aspiring drivers.

Karting hones the necessary skills for those drivers who wish to make the transition to racing cars.

However, the FKS endeavours not only to provide a Championship that encourages competition with sportsmanship but one that also encourages and educates youngsters in dealing with the press and media which is an increasingly important part of motorsport today and while not forgetting that the on track activity is of course of primary importance,

a great deal of weight is placed on sportsmanship and family.
